I am a nerd and love to know everything about anything, so too much information isn’t a thing for me when it comes to something I like. Essential oils are a beloved part of my life and I love learning different ways to use them, so when I paged through this ENORMOUS book and saw all the info inside I knew this was what I wanted. Absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. If you love learning and use essential oils and want to know more about them, get this. It will be a great help!

This book has so much information and so many recipes!!! I love it. Also, I bought it used from the seller Seattlegoodwill. The book is in excellent condition!There were 3 pages that had a very small fold in the corner. Otherwise perfect.Shipping was fast and packaged well.

Greatt book I used it all the time

I just got into using Essential oils and decided I needed to find a good book that had the information I needed to know so I wouldn't have to keep looking it up on my phone all the time .. now I had found several books , but this one seemed like the best choice after reading reviews and looking up information on Valerie ann worwood. So far I'm very happy with it, because it's full of information that I haven't seen in other books. Just so you know this book doesn't have the fancy pictures or the super glossy pages that most people like when it comes to books like this, but honestly I don't mind, because the lack of pictures means she was able to put more important and interesting information in the book. As you can see in my photos they have a section on cooking with essential oils and a few other pages on ingestible recipes for heath reasons. ..I saw in a review somone didn't like that because it could be dangerous and yes it can be if you aren't using food grade essential oils! You can find Food Grade essential oils on Amazon and Im sure at heath food stores. I wouldn't recommend using Essential oils you buy for defusing or bath products etc etc , because some of those arnt top quality , they have something added to them , or they are fake essential oils ( I have already ran across some of those.😑 ) so if it says do not ingest than I wouldn't, but that's up to you and if you want to risk it ! Overall I find this book to be a great reference book and I would recommend it !

This book is incredibly informative, and has gotten me ridiculously into essential oils!! The only thing I didn't like right away was that some of the different sections of the book and the quick reference guide didn't include all of the relevant oils and their applicable treatments... BUT this resulted in me going through the rest of the book and taking a ton of notes, and this book is so big that in doing this, I actually discovered more treatments for different ailments that I may not have found if I'd just looked at the reference guide. You can see in my photos that I've marked a LOT of pages and taken notes on the things that are most applicable to me personally, but there's so much information in this book, that there's guaranteed to be something in here for everyone!! It also provides precautions for certain oils, which I appreciate.
