Got the fast. Just what I wanted!

It holds my paddle.
No frills. Holds my paddle. Low price. No complaints here. Could come with screw/nut combo hardware, but only sheet metal type screws are supplied.

Fits & works great
I put this on my kayak as soon as I received it. It fit on like a glove. When I was fishing I kept loosing my paddle in the water. Now I haven't lost it once.

Great, but screws didn’t hold in plastic
Kayaks are plastic or some variation. So, screwing anything in is a challenge. I use rivets liberally but this design doesn’t allow that option.
