I honestly bought the SKIMS equivalent of these and returned them because they were WAY too tight and instantly rolled down the minute I put them on. As a last-ditch desperate resort I bought these. Obviously a lot cheaper than Skims and a lot better and comfier! The Skims I would have had to size up 3/4 sizes to be anywhere near comfortable and not bulging out everywhere. Even then I still think they would roll down.These did cause some bulging in my back.. but honestly I wouldn't expect anything else from a pair of control pants. I wore these under high-waisted trousers - I wanted control with no underwear lines. They worked perfectly! I wouldn't wear them under a form-fitting dress because of the bulge they create in your back - but honestly for that I would shop for a completely different style of control underwear.I was dancing all night in these. They flattened my stomach without having big underwear lines! They didn't once roll down, they were comfortable and the ribbing didn't dig in which I was worried about.

This item definitely held my ‘mum tum’ in and made me feel less self conscious. I’m a 12-14 and ordered a large, I think that’s about right. They didn’t roll and felt secure.

It’s ok for the price, but if you’re 5’5 or more it’s not going to work properly, especially if you have a lower pouch, since the suction action happens in a small portion of it you’ll have to adjust it and personally it gave me bra bulges, so if you’re tall, this is not for you.Plus, it’s quite tight to the point you can see the impression of the thong under even thick material. And I don’t think sizing up would be a good solution because it doesn’t suck you in very well.

The media could not be loaded.  This item sits on the waist and not higher as it appears in the picture and so, as a waist cincher, it is worse than useless. The quality isn't good.Buyer beware! The tags were not attached and there is no gusset protection and I wouldn't advise anyone wear them without washing them first to be sure of personal hygiene.Buyer Beware! These cannot be returned so I will throw them away.

it was the best thing i ever purchased.it’s comfortable, doesn’t roll down, it stays in place.And the best of all it’s magical, it makes your stomach flat.It has built my confidence when wearing dresses. i love it amazing quality.

I'm a UK 10-12 and size L sucked in my lower belly without creating a roll at the top (which reached to my belly button). Medium support, good for smoothing but won't change your shape completely. Actually comfortable to sit down in, but don't make the mistake of wearing underwear underneath like I did at first

I wanted something i could wear under a tight dress. This material you would have been able to see them through the dress.

I love these support undergarments! Needed something with support last minute and best 9.00 I’ve spent. For the quality 9.00 is a steal and I will definitely be ordering more. True to size, but I am going to size up with my next pair to see if it makes more of a difference for me.

A lot comfier than I thought it would be. First time buying shape wear so I didn’t want to break the bank. Only thing I wish was a bit better was the lower poooooch area coverage. I have 0 issues looking like I just demolished a buffet. However I want my shape-wear to make it look like I didn’t 😂😂

I have this in two colors. The tan color in medium, and black color in large. I’m 5’7 160lbs and prefer the large. The medium works, but it does make me spill over a little bit. It’s surprisingly not uncomfortable, just wish the material was a little more breathable.
