I bought this for BACON 🥓 on 12/7/22 and have been using it nearly every other day since. It makes the perfect crunchy bacon. Worried about the coating peeling off!?! Well I recommend cleaning as soon as you finish cooking to not have to scrape off dried food. I hand wash mine. And use a cloth. I think it all depends on how well you care for it too. Easy to pour off the grease. I bought the smaller version and it holds 8 pc of bacon. When (and if) this one wears out, I will be purchasing another.400 degrees 14-15 min. (I waited for a smaller price drop before I purchased 😉

This is the pan I’ve been looking for! Perfect for so many things- but fantastic for cooking bacon in the oven! Will buy for gifts!

was not delivered. Sure looks like it's nice. The world may never know!!! --- UPDATE -- After NOT receiving the first one, I ordered a second one. It cooks well and cleans well. I don't know yet how long it lasts. I had been using a basket from Copper Kettle, (from Bed Bath and Beyond), but it is so damn hard to clean that I stopped using it. If this one lasts 10 times, I will be happy with it, because it's so easy to clean. For size, it works for me. Holds about 8 full strips of bacon. It also cooks faster than the Copper basket by about 8 minutes. My amazon delivery driver said he handed the package to a resident at my house. I always thought my house was haunted, maybe she got the first new pan. Either way, I didn't get the first one. But I am happy with the one I did receive!! Changed from a 1 star review to a five star review.

Works great

Like many of the other reviews, the teflon coating started lifting after about 6 usages. It is also not easy to clean. Very disappointed, as it looks and cooks bacon well.

If they made the sides taller would be perfect! The grease from the bacon fills the sides and it spills over sometimes! But cleans up easy!

The Wklton grill pan is exactly what I need. Very good quality.

I have other products from Wilton. This pan is wonderful! Great cooking results. Easy clean.Looked at others costing four times as much, but this one piece works just fine.If you are cooking for more than two people, you might want to get two of them.

This pan is great! Perfect for getting a crispy coating and the grease drains into the channels away from the food. It is a little small though, good for cooking veg or meat for a regular meal. I use this pan a lot for one pan meals but usually I am only cooking for two.

Nice size and great for letting fat drip off food, unfortunately we found the non-stick surface to be ineffective after a month causing food to weld itself to pan.
