Yosemite Waterfall 2.5 GPM Shower Head

The plastic connection broke while I was showering... AND the company replaced it! It took some doing, because he thought I meant the connection on the shower, and I meant the hose connection... but it came and it works great! THANK YOU! ConservCo does an awesome job of customer service...In case you are wondering, yes, it is an inexpensive shower head, but I have arthritis and it is light weight enough that I can hold it without any problems. Also the hard setting, for a strong heavy flow, works really great on sore muscles, and the gentle rain part is really gentle - good enough for washing hair as if you were standing in a gentle rain shower.

This is the 3rd one of these I bought, and it was a gift for my mother who absolutely loves it. I have the first 2 in my master shower right now and they are so amazing. My hair is incredibly thick and most shower heads aren't strong enough to push the water through my hair and completely wet it, this one does it effortlessly and then some. I love how you can adjust it to have only 1 head shooting water at a time or both, and the numerous settings on top of that. I want to put them in every shower in my house!

the attaching head is plastic and cracked while attaching it to the pipe....hose is very stiff and doesn't relax...had to buy a universal piece to screw it on ..to stop the leaking. will replace it soon!

Plastic that product is made up of disintegrated in under a month of casual use in a spare washroom. Just fell apart.What an absolute rip off.

Snapped the plastic nut when tightening it. It is unusable for me.
