I love my new paraffin spa. It's putting moisture back into my dry hands. The only thing that is missing is more paraffin. What is sent with the order is not sufficient. I have ordered more paraffin.

Works great easy to use nice size

This is my 3rd try in as many weeks. Think I may have finally gotten one that, doesn't make a beeping sound all the time, is deep enough for full foot submersion, and is nice and black with no branding. I am a little concerned by how lightweight the plastic is. My previous therapy wax bath lasted over 30 years! When you push the buttons they click instead of beep so I am hoping that means they are durable. I like the reservation tool for the same reason as other reviews in that I can set it to be warm by the time I wake up. I wish I could adjust the temperature that that reservation option uses as 131 F is a little too hot for me.One note.... If you are using the reservation option, do not put your hands in the wax without turning it to the temperature setting and wait to check what the actual temperature of the wax is. The display in reservation shows you the set temperature, not the actual temperature, so I ended up putting my hands in 140° temperature wax when it read 131!

I bought this thinking it would help my sore hands due to 1 trigger finger on each hand. It just makes my hands soft, which is nice too. My trigger finger still hurt.

This makes your hands and feet feel so good and softens your skin. Glad I purchased this one over all the others.

Was exactly what I expected and what I wanted. So nice that they added a little gift card just in case it was a gift. Which it wasn't. Bought for myself. Had thumb surgery and use it as part of therapy.

Temperature inaccurate plus! Controls do not match instructions. Set to 180 takes 20 hours to melt 6# wax provided, then takes 12+ hours to cool to 120 degrees (No C50 on controls) at which point wax is hard! There is a problem with temperature control and heaters!BEING RETURNED
