I really like this mat. I sleep on it every night. I turn the heat up real high initially then turn it down before falling asleep. I have slept on my back, belly and both sides and have found relief from all.It is very heavy...understandably.

Great heat, especially if you wrap something lie a thin nylon barber robe around it to capture the heat. Gemstone heat is the best way to heal your body. An important negative is although the unit itself is protected from unwanted radiation, nothing is stated about the cord coming into the unit. I believe the electrical cord entering the connection area is not protected from radiation. Since your arm naturally lays on this cord when lying down, you need to purchase radiation protection yourself for the electrical cord as my experience was to say the least not good.

The use of stones and heat was brought to my attention and I was in need for a new heating pad and I find this one to be better than the standard electric heating pad. I tend to not need as high of heat with this pad and the fact that I can wrap it around my body when moving around is great!

I was looking for a PEMF Matt for my wife. This one came up in my search. It had the gemstones I was looking for but was not PEMF. I didn’t see that. My wife tried it, but her joint pain only got worse. Amazon accepted a return for this reason. We have found a few other PEMF matts and researching reviews. I think for controlled infrared heat this is a good device and the controller is very flexible. It’s quite heavy due to the gemstones.

I literally melt while using this. I use it every evening to relax and this puts me to sleep immediately. Worth every penny and then some.
