Leaks like a sieve
Leaks like a sieve. Tried using no teflon tape, some teflon tape, more teflon tape, new fittings. Always leaks. Not a fan of plastic fittings. My metal ones are nice and dry.

Use on 1GPM or higher water. Use lots of Teflon tape.
This is rated for .3 to 2 GPM. I tested mine and it would only turn on if flow was greater than 1GPM. If i trimmed the flow back slowly it would drop to .66GPM then turn off. Its disappointing that it does not detect lower like is specified in the description and that the resolution of readings is so course. As others have mentioned this thing does not make a good fit and is prone to leaking badly from the threads. I was able to find a good combination that did work but it is ridiculous that this was necessary.Water tight seal:First find a male 3/8 NPT with a large shoulder. A plastic male 3/8 NPT to 3/8 quick-connect worked for me.Put an O-ring on the threaded side and push all the way back to the shoulder.Wrap Teflon tape around the threads 20 times. Tape thickness may vary but this is how many it took me.Screw it into this flow meter.About 3/4 of the way it starts getting too tight for your fingers and you will have to switch to wrench.Keep tightening it until the O-ring starts to get slightly squashed between the flow meter and the flange.Repeat for other side.

Will not read low flows
I didn't have issues with leaks, but it would not read flow as low as advertised. And it does not tell you how much water you have used, it counts backward from a set amount to tell you when you need to change a filter

Bad leaks!
Similar issues to others with it leaking. Tried teflon tape, thread sealant, plastic and brass fittings, still leaked pretty bad.
