I bought a pair of these for my dad to try. He liked them, so I ordered a 5 more pair. I was concerned about the fit, but he says they fit well and the pad stays in place. They wash and dry well.

Recommend for a light incontinence problem I would have a concern if you need protection for a heavier problem. They do wash & bleach well .

The item is well made and comfortable. However, there is only protection up front and not on the sides. If you sleep on your side, then that that side will get wet. The front may even stay dry. Very good for women In other words, men can miss the target.

I bought these for my Father. They are so much like real underware and he says they are very comfortable.

Comfortable fit, but too loose in front to restrict urine flow to the padded area. I had to return to using pads with regular underwear.

As much as I wanted this to be the perfect answer to my hubby's issues, it was not. The pad in these underwear go all the way up the back of the buttocks. He found it very irritating on his skin and his legs, because he has to walk all day at work. If you had another kind that did not reach all the way up the back, he would be thrilled! He is a tall man and husky. He did say that the pad kept him lean all day though, just the rubbing bothered him. Thank you Continuon Living for making these.

Just what I needed. First Incontinence underwear I ever had. Wear it on the golf course and no longer worry about when we will get to the next rest room. I think this lack of worry has improved my score. Washed them twice and they came out looking like new.

The fabric is too thin to hold the heavy absorbent pad. Same with the waistband, its too thin to hold the heavy absorbent pad. It kept sliding down. The pad doesn't come all the way up to the waistband at the back for those that want it to absorb blood discharge from the back. This issue is accentuated with the fact that it keeps sliding down. Product description said "100% cotton" but the label said "100% polyester".I also tried Kleinert's together with this and I like it so much better. It has a thinner absorbent pad but it fit very well, sits high on waist, doesn't slide down, and absorbs liquid/blood discharge from back without spilling it on to clothing.INCONTINENCE BOXER BRIEFS WITH ABS.
