Easy To Wear
The sizing for this garment was unclear as I don't live where they are manufactured. How ever, they are of a very good fabric quality. Can say, it is very good.

A True Godsend!
I purchased the men's briefs for my elderly father who is in the late stages of Alzheimer's disease. Despite his dementia, he is aware enough to insist on wearing the same style brief he has his entire life...the good ol' tidy whities. Although he is prone to occasional bed wetting and frequent accidents, or at least "leaks" during the day, he simply refuses to put on a diaper. A pad is not an option either as God only knows where that might end up...likely anyplace except in his underwear. The long story short is that these briefs seem to be a Godsend. They are remarkably similar to his regular briefs, (he really hasn't noticed the difference. The padding is quite comfortable..yes I tried on a pair prior to unwrapping all 5 that I ordered and placing them in his drawer. Here are my observations so far:Comfortable and somewhat true to size. (Perhaps a little on the small side.) I'm a true medium in most things, size 33 waist. I found these a bit snug but, then again, I'm not used to these type of briefs.Very well constructed with the traditional Y fly front. The fly was a must as he still can go to the bathroom on his own and would be completely confused if there were no fly. They wash BEAUTIFULLY! As you might imagine, getting my Dad's briefs clean can be quite a challenge. These release stains quite easily even with just the hand pre-rinse before laundering. I have chosen to disregard the washing instructions and launder these with my other whites in hot water with, yes, chlorine bleach. Given the fact that these do seem to release stains much better than regular briefs, this probably isn't necessary...I'm sure they would likely come clean with warm water and no chlorine bleach as recommended. They absorb quite a lot! Although an overnight accident might be a little beyond their capacity, they certainly help a great deal and bed changes are far less frequent. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased. In fact, I'll be ordering 5 more pair today and removing all of the regular briefs from my Dad's drawer.Caring for an Alzheimer's patient can be daunting. It is such a pleasure to come across a product that helps so significantly with one of the tedious aspects of it.Yay Continuon!

Narrow between the legs... light duty
I have a 35 inch waist and the mediums fit snug. They are pretty well made in terms of quality of construction. Compared to some (two) other similar products I purchased, these for me don't work as well. I find the between the legs part a little narrow in comparison to the others and a little more prone to leaking down the leg. The pad is a little narrower and does not absorb as much as the others, so I would rate these as high(er) duty. I doubt they will absorb 7 ounces.

Seem to wear out quickly
Overall I liked the underwear. The fit was good and a much better choice than the alternatives. My one concern is they seem to wear out quickly. We (she) wash them with bleach in the washing machine. They seem to fray at the edges in a year or so. My previous underwear lasted five to ten years.

Does Absorb 7 Ounces as Promised
Some reviewers feel that this product isn't absorbent enough. I believe it does absorb 7 ounces as it claims. But if you think about it, just 1 large fast-food drink is 32 ounces. Sadly, there is no underwear or padding out there that will absorb enough to last all day or all night. But this does do a good job for 7 ounces worth. It fits well. It is much more comfortable and reliable than using a pad and it washes nicely. Overall, it does the job. Just wish there were something out that that could do the bigger 32-ounce' job.

pretty good protection
the brief does what it is meant to do absorb 7 ounces of urine , but if you have an accident and leak more than 7 oz the urine will dribble down your leg. it's a good light to moderate protection, the waist band is not very soft, and the elastic leg bands are kind of loose!

it was a lot better than using regular underwear
It was okay, it was a lot better than using regular underwear. This is the first pair of incontinence underwear I've bought and they work really well but the pad that soaks up the urine is too high on my frame and irritates my behind. I need more protection in the front.

softners
my only problem with these is that you can not use bleach when washing and it says no softners, I don't know if that means no liquid softeners or if it also includes dryer sheets

Get wet. Stay wet!
This underwear is comfortable to wear until it collects even small amounts of urine. Unlike the "lite" Tena pads I use, the underwear just gets damp (against the skin) and becomes very uncomfortable to wear. Definitely not a good choice for any day wear.

Just like the real thing
I think these underwear are made for daytime use and I wanted them for nighttime. Unfortunately, at night when I moved or rolled over the cotton grabbed the sheets and twisted them around, well, I think you can guess. Otherwise, for what I believe to be their intended use, they seem excellent. As close to the regular thing as possible. I would recommend them.
