Good quality selenium at a sensible dose. Easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I like the clean formula and that it fits well into my daily supplement routine. Great value for money and I’d happily buy it again.

The Tablets arrived quickly. I take them because they are supposed to be good for your Body. They said that the Selenium used to be in the Soil, so we got what we needed naturally, through what we ate. Unfortunately, Mankind being what it is - better at Polluting, than Preserving, they ruined the Soil, so the Selenium is not now present (at least, not in sufficient quantities). Let's hope that they are.

Reliable and affordable. Whenever thyroid eye flares, this inevitably brings it back into line. Luckily!

These smell so bad that I heave when I open the bottle. I have had selenium before and they did not smell at all. That makes me wonder what is in these that make them smell so bad. We shall see if I can take them regularly without up chucking at the smell. I have dispensed them into a daily pill box organiser in the hope that it will smell less potent. Update, I had to stop taking these as I was getting upset stomach and can't say I found them useful to my health.

I don't know what it contains but I ger allergies from it
