Powell Furniture Calypso Console Table

This thing is absolutely beautiful! The size was perfect for my needs. It came fully assembled and packed well, which was great. It looks just like photo but maybe a teeny bit brighter which made it even more beautiful. The drawers are nice too. It is an unusual and gorgeous piece of furniture!

I needed a table for my printer, without spending a gold brick. This fit the bill for me. I like the distressed look. The colors are a bit brighter than show in the photo... but I am ok with that. It came fully assembled and in pretty good shape. The tap in plastic foot tabs were all displaced... but I didn't see any serious damage - it is "distressed" after all. I have provided 5 pics with measurements - we will see if the Amazon picture trolls let them be seen... It is fairly light weight... It feels like around 50 lbs... (?) .. It's not an heirloom piece by any means. I added a pull out, fold up storage box to "hide" a few files... I appreciated not having to assemble it! I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

I'm really pleased with this purchase. The table is incredible sturdy and it was packaged very well for shipping. Table came assembled and I simply had to unbox it. Bottom shelf is large enough for my blu ray player, bass speaker, xbox, and a couple CD cases. Underneath bottom shelf there is clearance enough to store my Roomba.The three drawers add extra storage and use (drawers are not fully removable). I do feel compelled to mention that I just purchased the table last week for 149 and now a week later (at the time of writing this review) listed at 228. So you may wanna watch the price on this one dance around before you pull the trigger. I thought it was a real deal at 149, but I wouldn't have bought it for 228.

Trying to post this again. I got a message saying this review violated the guidelines which I’m not sure why since everything I posted was accurate.Ugh I’m so frustrated. I was so excited to get this piece and it looks like it is beautiful. However when we opened the box we found this big gouge. It was packaged well and there was no damage to the box which means they packaged it like that. There is no way to miss that. I’m very disappointed and contemplating the pain of returning it.

I put 6 tables into a list for my wife to review, we were looking for a TV stand/ table for our newly decorated guest room. She nixed them all and found this. It was perfect. No assembly, delivered on time. Seem solid. Good documentation. The unique coloring went well with much more expensive furniture we bought for that room. Drawers are solid too. Will try to send a picture in situ soon.

The console table was not as sturdy as I'd hoped and the finish is very rough and somewhat splintery. The table itself is cute and fit perfectly in the space I bought it for, but I was slightly disappointed in its quality.

I love this console table but I must say the colors are different than shown on site. I meant for this to match with my coffee table, (which I believe was also probably produced by the same manufacturer but I bought at a furniture store), but this is more blue than shown in the image. In any case, its still beautiful and I appreciate that it came well packaged and fully assembled.

I saw this table in a beach house we rented about 4 years ago. every since I had wanted one. I was on the internet at the beach looking then. yet they were so expensive. SO I basically gave up. Then I decided to put my end tables that I have now which are to big for the room in a yard sale. so this table came to mind again. I started looking again. I saw it on wayfair also still bit expensive. besides the last thing we ordered from wayfair took about 4 months for them to fill the order. so I checked amazon. there it was so I said this one table will take the place of the two end tables. it will go between the two chairs and each chair has a place to set stuff while drinking what ever. and the drawers can hold the remote that is constantly lost at our house. then I found a little small table in gray at lowes for 60 that I will put beside my sofa for my own coffee cup so yes I love it I wish they had more items in this style and color I would like to have a dresser like this maybe one day
