Worth It If You Know What You Are Doing
You have to be really good to install this on curvy lenses. I tried doing it on a old 1st gen Focus and it was just too hard to do the taillights. Flatter lenses are super easy. The product is great. Vvivid has awesome products. It's the installer that sucks.

Decent product
So I just bought some to Try I Made a headlight template (13 Outback) w paper… Laid it out Cut it to size little over and slapped it on Used razor blade to trim Hadn’t gotten wet underneath That all being said …. Had I done it carefully not in a rush and used a hair dryer it would be perfect professional looking I’m sure. I love it My fast way is just fine A Few wrinkles but the idea was to stop the fade out in the upper portion of the lights Looks great w some wrinkles and? time will tell if it stops the hazing It’s supposed to be iv proof ? I Like the big roll easy to cut and fit to size versatile I went w two pieces per light for easier application less wrinkle but overall; 3M ….it doesn’t obscure my turn signals at all (I didn’t cover the actual head light bulb area just the upper plastic)….looks great Prob would cut down on light output slightly? but it’s 20/80? So not blackout stuff-let’s in out 80% light Some people think It looks purple? I can get that it almost maybe could but mine doesn’t it’s light smoke/ light black ? Ez peasy cut to size I did dry application after a cleaning and no issues Take ur time use a dryer to smooth wrinkles and it’s actually so nice I wanted to do my whole headlights and my fogs x4 But again I don’t want any dim to my lights (Prob b minor but thats me) I’d buy it again took all of 20 minutes for both lights in the dark no reel Instructions first just tried it liked it kept it Good buy it’s really versatile and great look for sure I may eventually try to remove and do it right but? It looks fine as is and hopefully serves the purpose of stopping the fade and haze Highly recommend

Good Tint but Requires Patience and Extra Effort
I like this tint in the light smoke, but it’s definitely not as thin or flexible as regular window tint. You need to be patient—it can be tricky, especially around tight curves. I used a heat gun on low and installed it alone. On my Tahoe, I had to cut the taillight tint into two pieces (one for the side and one for the front). Whenever I tried to do it in one piece, I ended up with bubbles and “fingers.” Doing it in two parts with just a small overlap on the front looked much better and was easier to manage. The adhesive is strong, be careful—if you drop it on the sticky side, you’re done. That said, I was impressed with how well it held up. I must have pulled it off 5–6 times while adjusting, and it never lost its stickiness. Overall, it looks great once finished, but expect a bit of trial and error.

Better than tint paint
Easy vinyl to install on any surface. Easy to work with and comes off easy if you need it to. Quality of this tint is pretty nice. Super sticky and doesn't scratch easily either. Wanna tint your taillights and or headlights? Get this kit.

Film has a purple tint to it
Film has a purple tint to it. Material itself was easy to apply but color is starting to bother me. Will be looking for another seller with a true smoke film.

Seems good
This was the first time I've ever tinted headlights myself, and this was fairly easy to use IF you follow the directions! Make sure you have a heat gun, you will need it. Creases come out very easy with heat, and seems to adhere well. Great color with no purple hue, and seems great for the price. Make sure you measure your lights and buy enough material, I didn't measure before and had to order a 2nd roll, that was on me though. In photo: right side is before, left side is after

Worth it, Easy, Super nice, Forgiving
I was very surprised with the quality of this stuff. Goes on really nice. I did a dry application with a hair dryer and I have zero bubbles and zero streaks. If you can be patient you can get it perfect! I’ve never tinted anything but this was so easy compared to what I expected. It took me an hour and a half to do the taillights since I was working slowly and making it perfect but the results are worth it. I had a squeegee but ended up only using it to tuck the corners. Using my thumb or palm I was able to get all the bubbles out while laying the film. If it starts giving you wrinkles or a hard time hit it with a hairdryer for a few seconds and it softens right up. Extremely forgiving! Make sure you clean your taillights and corners for a good adhesion. 10/10 recommend

Lasts 2-3 years
The wrap lasted about 3 years. The car is kept outside and the wrap showed a lot of wear. In the process of peeling it off the wrap kept tearing to pieces which is a sign the wrap is too old. You'll need to re wrap every 2 to 3 years.

Arrived quickly, bought to try my hand at applying to some tail lights. Did one of four tail lights easily but discovered I don’t have the patience to do the remaining 3 nearly as neatly… was cheap enough to give it a try, seems like a quality product.

I used this on probably 10 cars on the last 15 years and it is the best quality and best looking film I ever used. Probably also the easiest to use. Each car has survived the film without bubbling or lifting off till I sold or crashed the cars. 1-5 years Photo is 2 years old on an a45 I am good with these kodn of things and by now also trained. I recommend to buy more if you never did it before. Wrapping/using film/vinyl/wrap even decals need some experience. Some are quicker then others.. and yes some need 100% help. Don't think the film will do it for you. Otherwise great product!

Esa es la segunda vez que lo instalo y el producto se encoge con el sol y se nota las orillas que se está encogiendo poco a poco, obviamente lo estoy haciendo mal o no sé qué onda muy bonito para las calaveras

Decent application of use compared to other cheap eBay products. As long as you've got a heat gun or a hair dryer or good to go I only wish it had to protective cap I wasn't aware of it during purchase however that being said it still came out fine

I tried cheap ebay tint, wet application and only did one light before deciding to remove it and get something better. Did both lights with vvivid, dry application and am 90% happy with how it went. It is challenging and a few times thought I had no chance of getting it done well but ended up with a decent result. Get the double roll pack and give it a go but be sure to use a heat gun and a decent squeege tool.
