Master's chalk is a cheap chalk, but works very well...
You can never beat Masters for overall value. I like Taom the best, but it's very expensive. I use them both actually. Masters is better than most chalks that cost much more.

I love Master Chalk. It’s probably in my opinion the best chalk for real billiards. This color worked great on my table and didn’t leave a mess.
