Had received good product but Trap is missing in box hence had to return it.

Key to lift the inner tile embedded part inner cover is not supplied with the drain cover. Bought 3 pcs. None had the key. Other brands in the market give full assembly

This product is sturdy but it has a design flaw. I bought the 40inch one as that was my requirementBut when the plumber fixed it in the bathroom he told me that this product does not have a natural slope and therefore he had to fix this in tilted position. This led to a 2 inch gap between floor tiles and drain at one corner. Had to become creative to make it a proper finish
