This is a wonderful tuning fork. It holds vibration well and for a fair amount of time. I use this often before bed for grounding. Comes with a pouch and is a favorite. Not the highest quality, but very adequate for the price .

I like this fork and am glad I added it to my collection of colored weighted chakra forks and unweighted silver (aluminum) solfeggio forks. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is it makes a very loud smack sound from being too loose somehow... Like the prongs are too loose and they smack together in a way they shouldn't. It makes a loud noise that isn't the frequency noise you want. I should have returned it but I thought it I hit it just right I won't have that issue. However, most of the time it does make that awful sound so I do regret keeping it. I don't know if this one is poorly made or a fake. It's relaxing but I don't know if there's a better one out there.

This frequency calms me to my core and even my senior cat loves when I use it on him! I especially love using it against my breastbone, near my heart, and at the top center of my head. But it feels best at that heart chakra area againat my breastbone.

Product is great. Packaging really not great at all. Looked like it had been delivered by Ace Ventura. I know it's to New Zealand but it did say that on the label and we did pay postage AND packaging.
