This NOVEHA Ultra Warm Compress Eye Mask has a lot going for it. It is comfortable with or without the cover, but the cover is soft and feels great. The weight of the mask is perfect, and the velcro strap keeps it in place on my face. The strap is adjustable for a variety of head sizes. I like that this can be used for heating or cooling purposes, but I ordered this to help my dry eyes, so warmth has been recommended. This mask contains silica beads, which are quite different from the adzuki beans in my previous mask. I hope these silica beads have better longevity than the beans. The beans lost their ability to heat up after a couple of months. The beans also don't cling to my face, but want to settle in weird places. These silica beads mold around my eyes perfectly. There is no smell or anything unpleasant with this mask. It's very effective and easy, and quick to heat up. When my eyes are feeling sore or I have pain of any kind, a nice 5-10 minute warm treatment fixes them right up. The instructions are in the listing, on the box, and there's even a label on the mask itself with the instructions. After I use the mask, I follow up with the NOVEHA Tea Tree & Coconut Oil Eyelid & Lash Wipes, which I highly recommend. Then, I use drops as the last step in my home treatment. I'm glad I found this NOVEHA warm compress eye mask.

Works great! I got this for a chalazion on my eye and I have no complaints. Just have to microwave for 20 seconds and it stays warm for 15 minutes. It doesn’t have a smell, it’s slightly moist which was a pleasant surprise. The Velcro straps make wearing it very comfortable and I love I can get other things done while it’s on.

I bought this because it was supposed to be moist heat. I can’t say that I really feel a lot of moistness. I’ve tried adding eye drops to my eyes just before I use it, and that helps. I will continue to use it because it does soothe my eyes, but I’m really looking for something with a little more moisture.

I am thoroughly impressed with this dry eye mask. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell the quality was far better than I expected for the price. I loved the idea of this mask—a unilateral heating patch with a strap so I can apply it and be active at the same time. I love that it comes with a cover which is soft, comfortable and seems very durable. But the elastic velcro strap is very small and not very stretchy at all. On the loosest setting it is too tight and applies a very uncomfortable pressure to the eye. I have decided to keep it and will attempt to add an extender. But it’s really uncomfortable to use as-is. If the company were to fix this it would be an all around great product.

The eye mask looks nice and seems of good quality. I like that it has a washable cover that is comfy and easy to use. The compress warms up nicely in only 20 seconds and retains the heat for at least 15 minutes, which is how long I use per application. Surprisingly, it does become moist, as advertised. Overall, this purchase was better than expected.Thank you.

This product actually works! I am prone to getting styes. I must wash my face with very hot water first thing every morning in order to avoid getting them. Usually, a stye lasts between 1 and 2 weeks. Using this product helped tremendously. My stye lasted only 4 days. It is simple and easy to use and made better than other similar products. And my husband laughs at me as I look like a pirate when I use it....oh well. :-)

i needed a warm compress 4 times a day for 3 weeks for an eyelid issue. trying to use a washcloth was useless because it wouldn't stay warm & constantly re-warming it was so frustrating. i purchased this & absolutely love it. so easy to heat it & put it on with the band. highly recommend this product.

This definitely beats the warm water and cloth I have been doing. Just 5 minutes and it drains the clogged pores from my eyes so easily to avoid getting infections and bumps. I thought my eyes were sweating! It really does the job. So easy - just microsave 20seconds.

I have used it every day for about 3 months.

30 seconds in microwave are good for me and it holds heat for about 10 minutes comfortably and it does give feeling of humidity to the eyes. I just put it between a folded piece of tissue from kitchen roll and place over the eyes without its washable cover, while lying down, and discard the tissue after every use for hygiene. I cut out the strap because it is useless, the heat pack is too heavy to use in any other way except when lying on your back. I am sure the seller could make this cheaper than current price of around 2250, and it would sell so much better in that case. It took me almost a week to make up my mind to buy this. Around 1500 I would not have had to think so much.
