I think it works well, recommended by our naturopath, but we realized that starting out on lower doses of methyfolate is key especially for mthfr individuals who have a hard time processing and cleaning out their systems. Some people do have a hard time with too high a dose and my husband was included so we stopped taking this and went down to a 1/5 dose later on. Do some online research and talk to a specialist for mthfr.

Very easy to take. Small pill goes down easily. No after taste. So far so good. I have no complaints at the moment. I’ve been taking it for about 2-3 weeks.

Good source and vegan. Hard to find quality vegan supplements. Not vegan but can’t have mammal byproducts.

It is easy take and a very small pill

Great product will contribute using it.

This dosage gave me some heart palps. So my recommendation to anybody is cut it and halves or quarters the first few times you try it. I'm sure many people are fine but I just wanted to comment on that.
