Started taking this mixed with coconut milk and have to say I'm shocked at how well it moderates blood sugar levels. Would be great to see a water soluble product for travel needs. I'm now using this daily with either the coconut milk or acai smoothie.Update I tried w iced coffee and coconut milk. I fast every day and sometimes the sugar cravings get pretty intense. I put this into my coffee and get immediate relief. Wish they sold this as a shot at Starbucks.

Good powder, blends well in my shakes. Not crazy about the flavor... Has an earthy, nuttiness to it and it comes through strong in my keto shakes. I can't say it has curbed any cravings but I do like it's ingredients and properties.

With how busy my work is, sometimes I am just too lazy to prep my greens, and this smoothie actually helped me do the work. Sometimes I just substitute one meal in a day with this smoothie because it tastes good and it's also very filling and because of that, my bowel movements have since been improving. Really curves the appetite. I have tried it for a couple of weeks and it works well, the taste isn't that great but if you add enough fruit and protein powder on top of it , it's actually not that bad.

Made me very sick to my stomach and unfortunately the product is not eligible for return. Buyer beware. Money wasted. I thought it was a one off but I tried several times and each time I got ill.
