I have this for breakfast every day as it’s convenient. I get About 24 days out of a bag. This is because I only use 1 scoop the rest is a blend of milk/Greek yogurt/Double cream/kefir. Whatever I have at hand at the time. TBH there’s a couple boxes of ready brek the kids don’t eat I might also start throwing in to the mix. This product is economical with some interesting ingredients to aid digestion. With fasting and this breakfast regime I’m at a healthy weight. So recommend to those after pragmatism more than a sensational taste, it’s satisfactory. I use a blender, water that's chilled (although using milk makes it even tastier) and I add a few ice cubes as well and it's pleasant, albeit, perhaps a bit different to whey based shakes and took me a short while to get used to.It's marked down a little for terrible packaging, yeah it's green, but the \"velcro\" seal doesn't ever work and the opening is too tight, it's impossible to not make a mess! Also, most of the flavours tend to be out of stock almost always for some reason.But overall, I can see me using this product for a long time and have done for several months already (I've trimmed up nicely, but it can also help with bulking up).
