Q: Do you apply before or after brushing teeth?

After you brush your teeth and dry them. Then you would apply.

Q: After applying and waiting 1-2 minutes? Do you rinse off? Also should you wait to eat or drink? Not clear instructions with the order.

My instructions said no eating or drinking for 30 minutes after application. I wear my mouth guard so I remember not to eat or drink for that perio of time.

Q: I twisted tip to the right to get started, per instruction, but gel seems to not be coming out. what could be wrong? gel is not visible on teeth.

Just keep turning it you will see a drop of clear gel at the tip of the brush. As you brush it on the teeth it will foam a little. I use more than on drop. It may not last as long but you will see a difference.
