Let me preface this review by saying that ever since having kids I have struggled terribly with hormonal acne and have been experiencing tender breasts before my cycle (I’ve never had either of these before in my life). I am in my mid-thirties and the acne, in particular, has really affected me mentally. I felt like I had tried everything aside from medication, which I was trying to avoid. This product was my last ditch effort to get my hormones back in balance, and it WORKED! I mixed this with hot milk and drank it once a day for an entire month before writing this review. I wanted to see how it would affect my cycle to see if it was actually effective. This was the first time in almost 3 years that I didn’t have a single breakout before my period. I could cry. I will never stop buying this product. In my opinion, it’s worth every penny and tastes amazing!

The taste is fantastic- I was a little worried it would be very earthy or taste like roots but it is very pleasant and chocolaty which I love. Ive mixed it with water and milk and both are great, the milk makes it a little creamier so I save that for when I want an extra indulgent cup! I’ve definitely noticed positive results from using it, overall the most striking result is just a feeling of overall balance in my mind. I’ve noticed less bloating which is a great thing for me as I was struggling a lot with that. Highly recommend trying it for your own results!

I heard about Organifi from a professional I follow on Instagram. I was looking for a healthy option to move away from my coffee habit, which wasn’t making me feel good. I love this stuff-I drink it with cold milk mixed in with my equip chocolate protein powder. Just tastes like a chocolate milkshake- Already noticing some hormone balancing and I’ve only been taking it three weeks! My energy has notably improved with this powder.

I started using this about 6 months ago and have noticed a difference in my mood and bloating (as in I don't when I'm taking this daily). I could always tell when i was about to get my period - back aches, bloating, cranky....after taking this for a month I didn't have any of those typical symptoms. I've continued taking it and definitely notice a difference.

I was surprised this actually tasted good for being so clean. The first time I tried this I had the full scoop and I had a moment where I felt my heart beating fast but I think it was the moment where my body was switching to being relaxed. After that first time I didn’t feel it again. Lately I have been doing half a scoop bc it is pretty filling and already does the job for me. I have been using the organifi brand for a couple years now, recommended by a nutritionist I trust. Primarily used the green and red juice, but about a year ago I starting trying harmony. It is easily my favorite product they make now, I always have some in my house. It is good plain (just hot water) or I make myself a fancy hot chocolate (almond milk, scoop of harmony, extra cocoa powder, powder coconut milk, maple syrup).
