Excellent cutting ability.
These are the best scissors of this type that I have found in years. They cut clean and easy, without pulling. They "open and close" easily too, without sticking.

Unusable/Stay locked in open position
These scissors are unusable because they stay locked in the open position. You can pull them apart but in doing so you have to stop trying to cut. Waste of money!
