Q: Does this work for my 99 Ford Expedition suspension air bags shock sistem?

no it will not work on that car.

Q: Will this work with paintball guns?

It depends on the fitting your paintball guns have but it could work.

Q: Assumed its minimum height is 8.5" at minimal pressure, is the maximum height is 12.5"?

The main thing is getting the right size; otherwise it wrks fine. I have a short bed pickup and I got the 1/4” which was too small. It would not lift the front of truck with engine. I contacted a company which that’s all they do, and said 3/8” is what I needed. I had trouble with 2 brass fittings leaking.
