Q: Is this 6-pack Size Newborn or 0-3 months? Because the description says 0-3 months, but the shirts in the photos say newborn?

These are definitely newborn size, they are quite small and fit a newborn just fine. I used them as long as I could, probably up to 3 months, because the little mitten cuffs were so helpful, but the shirt did rise up and looked shorter and shorter on my baby as he grew. I hope that's helpful, ultimately I'd say buy it if your baby is still a newborn, but if your baby's already 3 months old, buy a larger size at this point! :)

Q: Why do these say there for girls, what’s the difference?

Not really sure why the reference these shirts as being for "baby girls". Most of the shirts at this age are unisex, and these shirts could easily be used by a baby boy. Gerber's doesn't differentiate the sizing between boys and girls at this age group.
