good choice
A sturdy bracket... i did have to shave the edges due to having an unconventional tripod and the strength and thickness of this allowed me to do so.my only complaint is the that the screw is hard to tighten

A little tight. The shoes are a little inconsistent in their sizing, but they work. I just have to push them into the receiver with some force.

Bottom screw is plastic and also no handle to tighten....
