Easy to use with a little practice.
With a little practice this call worked great. It helped make the hunt successful. The position of the rubber band is critical.

It's just as good as advertised.
My second elk call and I really like how easy this is to use. In only 10 or 20 minutes you can master this call. It performs just add advertised.

Non Elk Hunter
I bought this purely to annoy my boyfriend. Extremely effective. I wish it had come with instructions so I wouldn't have pulled the rubber bands off. I've never hunted elk before but I feel like these would definitely get their attention one way or another.

These sound like duck calls - probably work decent for long ranging over ridges, but not for stalking (get the Carlton diaphragm calls- they are awesome)Definitely beginners friendly... but to loud and quaky sounding

Only the small one. The larger one doesn't have a tone that the bulls I dealt with responded to. The larger one was also harder to use. Anyhow, got my bull using one of these.
