10ft DP to VGA cable. This cable is almost double the price of many popular alternatives, but you get what you pay for. I went through a few cables and adapter dongles, and found that the cheaper ones are prone to interference, wavy lines, and instability, particularly for the first few minutes the screen was switched on (or switched to VGA input.) With multiple monitors at the same time, no less, the behavior was consistent. Cheap cables and adapters translate to cheap performance. These... just work. Rock solid, no issues. They're worth the extra ten bucks if you need your stuff to work reliably.
