Design Source Book: Tudor Designs (Design Source Books)

I love these Design Source books and have most of them which I use as colouring books.The pages are a lovely, slightly gloss finish which makes felt pens stand out really well and they are thick enough that the ink doesn't soak through even though there are images on both sides of the paper.The outlines on all of the images are relatively thick so they are quite forgiving and you don't need to use a very thin tipped pen to make your colouring look great.The images chosen for each book are interesting and would be a good start point if you wanted to use them as a source for a project as well. Possibly not the most detailed guide available but the pictures would provide a basis from which to start and add your own embellishments and creative edge.

Great book, exactly what I was hoping for.

good because it is the only book i could find on the topic, so nice introduction,however i think they could off provided more images and showed some of the designs in context.
