The media could not be loaded. Item no longer works after a month and a half or so of use. Bought this item as I misplaced the original 4moms power cord that came with the device when I was moving. It's not connected 24/7 and my son doesn't use it every day. I would recommend going to your local hardware store and pick up your own 100-240v adapter.Video shows my electric connection does work as I was charging an iPhone that diedother images shows no exposed wires - dents or bending - swelling adaptor just died.final image of iPhone charged to 3% from original video.
