This product arrived leaking with holes in the package. It looked like it has been sitting on the shelf for years and the top was nearly open too. Didn’t use and threw away for my safety. I don’t recommend at all.

Quality Nsima Ingredient
I purchased this to share with my English class, where we are reading "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind." Nsima was a staple food that the author described in the book. I found a recipe online and my class sampled the food. I don't have a refence to other similar products, but I felt it tasted fine (if bland) and my students were (mostly) interested in trying the food. If I use this book again in my classes, I'll buy this same product again.
