Very helpful for diabetic neuropathy
Wow, this is a wonderful supplement. It has worked wonderfully for my 18yr old cat with diabetic neuropathy. He is walking with barely a limp. Before using zobaline he was walking on his ankles most of the time and had a very hard time jumping up on the couch.

Garbage quality control, pills sealed and cottonball present but pulverized powder and mess inside
Ordered and received in Jan 2025. I did not run out of previous bottle until today. When the new bottle was opened, from outside all appeared normal, sealed and with cotton inside. Very surprised to see have the contents was powder and the pills that remained were like ash, when you touch them, they disintegrate, making the entire purchase useless. From reading other comment, this is NOT a unique situation. Lifelink needs to do better!

Pulverized Tablets
I have used both "Xobaline" for humans, and "Zobaline" for a diabetic cat. Both are great products. However, this last bottle which I ordered from Amazon arrived with over half the tablets completely pulverized to a powder, and essentially useless. This did not happen previously when I ordered direct from LifeLink. I will not order from Amazon again; only direct from the manufacturer.

Xobaline is the WRONG product for diabetic cats! Order Zobaline!
There are several reviewers here that have given this product--Xobaline--to their diabetic cats. I have placed comments on each of their reviews, but felt it was important enough to also add my own review so as to help stop people from ordering Xobaline for their diabetic cats. THIS IS THE WRONG PRODUCT FOR DIABETIC CATS! Xobaline has fructose--a form of sugar--in it! You should never give anything with sugar to a diabetic cat as it will cause the blood sugar to spike and can be very dangerous!!!! I am a vet tech and, therefore, have lots of experience and education on this subject. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO CATS--EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT DIABETIC! Due to its sugar contents, it is not healthy for ANY cat--and absolutely not to be given to those who are diabetic. For cats, you need to buy Zobaline--with a Z! "Zobaline for Diabetic Cats" does not have any form of sugar in it. Search here on Amazon for "Zobaline for Diabetic Cats." Here's the link to the page: ZobalineTM (for Diabetic Cats) 3 mg x 60 tabs I wish the company would totally change the name of the cat product so there would be no confusion on this. I'm sure there are many people out there like these Amazon reviewers who are giving their cats the wrong product--and others who, although they know the difference between the 2 products, are accidentally buying the wrong one. I have not used this human product, Xobaline, so cannot comment on its effectiveness. Hate to give it just 3 stars, knowing that this is an unfair rating since I haven't tried the product, but I don't know how else to rate it given the real purpose of my review here. I have, however, used Zobaline for Diabetic Cats on my diabetic cat and it is quite effective for his rear leg peripheral neuropathy. I would give it (Zobaline for Diabetic Cats) 5 stars.

Effective for both humans and cats
This is vitamin B12 in a sublingual, easily absorbeable form. I bought this originally for my cat who has diabetes. It lessens the weakness in his hind legs. I also use it when I feel weak and shaky. It really is effective for both myself and my cat. You can research vitamin B12. This truly works. I put the tablet in my cat's food and it works fine that way for him.

Xobaline contains flavors; Zobaline is for cats!
I was told about LifeLink's methylcobalamin as being good for feline diabetic neuropathy. I was told the name and went searching. This came up and I ordered it. Turns out the SAME pronunciation (Z and X) will give you two different LifeLink products. I really wish they'd called the one for cats by a totally different name or had a picture of a cat on the label, because the faint lettering on the one saying "for diabetic cats" is almost lost on the gray pixelated background. At first glance, the two products' labels look the same except for the one letter, but the human product contains flavor and sweetener that can't be used on a diabetic cat. I had to return this and order the other. Frustrating.

I used these for my diabetic cat, Speedbump, ...
I used these for my diabetic cat, Speedbump, before they came out with Zobaline and they were a tremendous help in recovering his ability to walk and move without pain and weakness.
