Fit my 2006 Suburban Z71 perfectly. Made in USA to boot. You have to watch ordering belts for these trucks with the 160 AMP alternator. ALL the local parts stores have this listing WRONG. They all try and tell me 145 AMP is the biggest alternator they list and that belt is 1/2 inch too small and won't go on. Trust me I tried and I was an independent tech for many years.

Does the job, used for m103 Mercedes motor
Used this belt to delete the smog pump on my Mercedes 190e/300e motor. Belt is ever so slightly wider than a stock Conti belt for the Benz but it works great and I got rid of that 15lb lug on the front of the motor.
