This product is for use in microwave only. I found 1 1-2 minutes worked great. The cake mix easily released. One 9 oz. box of the wheat-free peanut butter made 4 cakes. I also found it best to only fill the mold half full before cooking.

More my fault than anything but I didn't realize how small this mold was and that it cant be baked
