Magicfly Rechargeable Egg Candler Tester for Monitoring Eggs Development, Bright Cool LED Light Candling Lamp

Got this egg light for those times we didn't check for eggs everyday and have doubts on if it is edible. Would be awesome for watching chicks develop inside the eggs, but we don't plan on adding to our flock anytime soon- so this will be used mainly for freshness checks. It's easy to use, comes with multiple sized bases to fit different sized shells and the egg balances perfectly on the base. The light works great to illuminate the entire contents of the egg and has brought us peace of mind a few times when cracking open eggs for an omelet and discovering a 'bad' egg before cracking it open to contaminate the entire bowl. Overall, a great light for a great purpose- actually got it for the hubby for christmas and he was thrilled to have it, so it also makes a nice gift for those with birds.

This is a nice product and works better than the light on our incubator. My only complaint is that I had to recharge it twice during our 21 day hatch period. All the kids were able to use this to candle their eggs.

We've only recently started to incubate eggs, and have ordered shipped eggs for this. As such, we needed a candler not attached to our incubator to keep the fat end up. I was very happy with this one! You do need to occasionally recharge it, but that is quick and easy. It does a great job, helping even us novices see which eggs are and are not viable. I'm very happy with this purchase, and am thankful we bought it to make our incubation process so much easier. It is so much fun getting to see the life growing inside the eggs, and works great with Bantam or standard sized chicken eggs!

Micro USB charging, so prolly won't last long. I don't hate it. The top part is removable and reversable but very loose, it seems to be able to candle 3 different size eggs. Had a bit more thought gone into engineering it and there easily could have done 4 sizes. It's bright and heat is not an issue, does it's job.

Love this candling light! Can see into dark Marans eggs for air sac development & chick development, also to eliminate infertile eggs early. Comes with a cord to plug into a phone charger with a wide plug, to recharge after each use. Holds a charge well. Also come with an end attachment to rest & seal light to fit end of eggs into when candling. Worth the affordable cost. It's my favorite!

This is amazing! The bulb is high intensity, which illuminates the egg perfectly. Way easier than using a flashlight. It works for both bantam and regular sized eggs

Exactly what I ordered and arrived sooner than expected

Pretty simple. Instructions written incedibly tiny! Took a minute to realize that in order to get the small cap off, all I had to do was pull it. No instructions for this. However, it definitely does what I bought it for, it lights up the insides of eggs! I tried candling several eggs outside in the daylight. Worked great! Now to check out those eggs one of the girls has been sitting on for a while. 🥚🐓
