Why is this made in china? it has a windmill on the pkg which denotes holland. false advertising?

Because the manufacturers know there’s the belief among white Americans of European heritage that few things are as squeaky clean and wholesome as things made in Holland. And they capitalize on that. Me thinks a quaint image of an old Chinese miller tending an ancient water wheel would not have the same traction on market shelves as the suggestion of bucolic beauty symbolized by a Dutch windmill. I think the product is just fine whatever the image they’ve stamped on the box. Besides, I probably could not afford parchment paper from the Netherlands.

Can I use this in my pressure canner?

This particular brand of parchment paper stuck to most food, and tended to leak badly. Tried it in my air fryer but everything stuck. I don't know how you would use it in a pressure canner, but in general, I would say check out another, heavier weight, non-stick version!

Can i use for candy apples?

Hi! I can’t see why these would not provide you with perfect use for making Candy Apples; however, I do not work for the company that makes it and sells it so contacting them or researching Google would give you a 100% accurate answer!
