This headband is perfect for a smaller noggin.

Q: Is halo two a smaller width as the halo bandit?

I have only bought the Halo II. I've never used the Halo Bandit.

Q: Does this product have latex?

Seems so or similar product. In any case it does not work!

Q: Any cyclists our there willing to comment on effectiveness in keeping sweat out of eyes in 90+ degree, 90% humidity areas?

We live in Georgia where the temperature is 90 to 100 this time of year with high humidity. My husband cycles with a group that rides at 19 plus mph. He sweats heavily and says the halo keeps the sweat from running from his forehead onto his glasses. He loves this! Before the halo, sweat was constantly running onto his face and his glasses. He never goes without it on his rides now.
