Silpat Non-Stick Silicone Jelly Roll Pan Baking Mat (2, 14 1/2-Inch by10-Inch)

I didn't purchase Silpat mats before because I thought they were expensive, so I always used parchment paper or aluminum foil. I then quit using the foil because of negative health issues that aluminum can cause. I didn't realize how much parchment paper I bought and tossed out after each use over the years, until my daughter mentioned it. I decided to finally purchase the Silpat mats. Wow, I wish I had purchased them years ago! I get so much use from them, they work perfectly for all cooking and baking, and they are simple to clean. Just make sure to transfer anything that needs cut after cooking to a cutting board. I also purchased the pizza Silpat mats for my round pans since I like these so much. These mats are worth it and will last a very long time if taken care of properly.

These are the highest quality baking mats but they lack about 3/8 of an inch in width to cover a Nordic Ware jelly roll pan. The half sheet mats fit perfectly.

My husband bought me one Slipat mat and I fell in love so I had to buy two more. (He was somewhat disgusted that he only received one mat for the price, but he doesn't say this about fishing lures!) This size is hard to find in local kitchen stores so I was happy to find a set of two here on Amazon. If you haven't used silicone mats for baking, you have to try it! Cookies, etc. don't stick at all and now I don't have to deal with scorched parchment paper! These wash up very easily and I place them back on my cookie sheets for easy, flat storage. Love these!

I use it every week. It was expensive, but I will buy a second one to help me with the volume of baking I do.

Love Silpat mats and have been using them for years. Needed two more for my two new Nordic Ware Jelly Roll Pans (15.12 x 10.62 x 1.13 in). It seemed that the Silpat Non-Stick Silicone Jelly Roll Pan Baking Mat (2, 14 1/2-Inch by10-Inch) would be fine. As it turns out, the length was fine, fitting seam-to-seam. Couldn't say the same for the width, which was off by about 0.5" or so. Not the end of the world, and they're Silpat.

These are silpats, they work fantastically well and will last a long time if you care for them well by not using any sharp objects on them and cleaning them in a timely manner after using them. We use these constantly and they are excellent. I would definitely buy this brand anytime to bake things on. Use glass baking dishes for the really messy baking and save these for drier baking project since they are optimal for these types of things.

I didn't want to spend the money but wanted to see what all the fuss was about so eventually gave in. I love these! My cookies come right off the mat. I'll have to get some bigger ones later.
