Works great for warm and cold compress. As other's have noted the strap is kinda short so I would also purchase at least 8in of extra double sided Velcro to extend the strap to a comfortable size.

A longer strap to go around your head would be great. The two ends barely meet when I wrap it around, so the patch is pressed down pretty hard against my eye. Other than that, it’s convenient and exactly what I was looking for.

This and Ayenova eyelid and eyelash cleaner saved me. I had a terrible eye infection and hot towels were not enough. I like that this can be washed (I washed after each use and then used laundry bag in the dryer for 10 mins). It heats very fast, within 20 seconds. Last about 4-5 mins, then you have to heat it up again.

I loved the idea of this mask—a unilateral heating patch with a strap so I can apply it and be active at the same time. I love that it comes with a cover which is soft, comfortable and seems very durable. But the elastic velcro strap is very small and not very stretchy at all. On the loosest setting it is too tight and applies a very uncomfortable pressure to the eye. I have decided to keep it and will attempt to add an extender. But it’s really uncomfortable to use as-is. If the company were to fix this it would be an all around great product.

Fits awesome, nice pressure on eye, soft velvet removable cover. Good quality. I have a stye and it's helping a lot. I can still ramble around the house and get stuff done without holding a washcloth on my eye. Love it!

I had an annoying stye that just wouldn't quit. This eye pack gave me so much relief and I even carried it on a trip overseas with me! It is very good quality, fit my head nicely and did what I needed it to do. It was well worth my money, easy to use, and helped relieve some nasty pain. It had a light smell, but I'm used to that with natural remedies. This thing works.

I bought the Compress Individual Eye Mask because of the Chalazian in my eye. You can wear the eye mask on either eye. It works well. Just microwave for 20 seconds. The only negative is the strap is a little too small. I just used a Velcro one wrap to fix that problem of the strap being too short. Nice to be able to walk around with the wrap on your eye, & not have to hold a wet dripping down your arm hot wash cloth on your eye. You do not need to wet the patch the heat seems to get it damp. My swollen eyelid has shrunk a bit. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the strap. Overall I would recommend this product just use Velcro to extend the strap.
