The best for plus size women
I had been so desperate trying to find a pad that fit my big rumpus! I’ve wasted alot of money before I found these. I love them. Night or day, either one you will definitely be protected. I have to admit though, when I pulled one out of the bag my chin hit the floor!! Yes they are huge but so is my butt!! It took a few times until I learned the best way to place them but once you find the best way for yourself you have a winner. The only thing I would change about them is to add some sticky strips in the front and back. This is only to help hold them still while you pull up your underwear. 🤣🤣🤣.

Excellent Pads Prevents Leakage
I purchased for my elderly Mom who has full bladder gushes throughout the day and requires multiple clothing changes. These pads are great! Can wear up overnight without leaks. Extra long and wide coverage I only wish they had an adhesive strip

This pad is BIG!
This pad is about as big as a disposable pair of underwear and has no adhesive. However, I used it for my mom who has complete incontinence. Doesn’t work with regular panties but works VERY well for her in an adult “diaper” cover. She is almost chairbound but walks a little. She wore it overnight and had no leaks, she wore it to the doctors today and had no leaks! So far so great!

Another failure
These are absolutely huge. And yet they do not have the needed padding for absorption in the required area. Unless you only suffer from light leaking these are NOT going to work for you

Unexpected but turns out to be a Plus
I have mixed feelings about this product. The pictures where you see people holding them make them look smaller than what we received. We liked what we saw in the pictures of person as it was bigger than the norm, but what we got was super sized. With that, it turns out that these "super sized" pad is doing a great job and providing more coverage which is a big Plus. So I would recommend but just know that its not the smaller size seen in the pictures ,

GAME CHANGER
As others have mentioned they need adhesive strip that would help a lot. No leaks for me. Wake up with zero leaks so far. Very comfortable for how huge these are. You will be shocked when you take the first one out of the package. They hold so much.

Great for sleep better... and traveling too
I tried many kinds of pads to sleep better. Until now, I begin to rest during the night. I found this Tena big pad for have the better way to sleep during all night. It is very soft, and anti allergic. In the morning, I take a shower, and use the regular pads during the day. For traveling this is the best too. You go for hours without the need to use a bathroom, until you be in a good bathroom, or in your house to change and clean.

NO ADHESIVE so must be worn with close-fitting underpants
These are wide enough to prevent side leaks but they are enormous and have NO ADHESIVE. (I didn't realize this when I ordered them and I recycled the carton so I can't return either package.) The pads are more like open diapers that have to be pressed against one's body before underpants are pulled up. (Perhaps that is easier to do when helping another person who is lying down, but it is tricky to manage this while standing up.) Once up, they tend to stay in place, but any use of the bathroom requires one to repeat the whole awkward process, which is especially difficult in the middle of the night. I bought these specifically because I wanted the extra width, but I'm not sure it is worth the trouble. The pads are probably super-absorbent and seem skin-friendly, but I may just donate everything to a food pantry that accepts hygiene products.
