Bowfin Black Caviar 100 g (3.5 oz.) jar

It's way better than paddlefish "caviar", but is still inferior to sturgeon caviar. We ordered paddlefish, bowfin and sturgeon caviars and can compare those at once. The real sturgeon caviar is so much better, you can immediately tell the difference in color, flavor and taste. We ordered a 100gr/3.5 oz jar of sturgeon caviar (which was, most likely, farm raised) from the same seller and it was good. From my years in Russia and tasting the real Caspian ossetra caviar, I can tell that it's still not as great, but at $75 per jar, it's still better than anything else I could find.
