The product was well made and perfect for what I needed. It sits nicely around the flame tray and protects it from the wind. I needed 2 more screws and the seller promptly sent them to me. Sooohappy I purchased this.

When I got the guard part of the box had torn during shipping. I was missing a few of the silicon stoppers. I e-mailed them and they said no problem and shipped what I needed. I placed the partially assembled guard and the other screws in a "safe place". The parts were delivered while I was on vacation. Once I got home I started to assemble the guard. Once I started I realized I had lost the screws and the other stoppers. I e-mailed the company, explained to them what happened, and offered to pay for the lost parts. They declined and said they would ship out with no problems. Got the parts, assembled, and works great.

Glass wind shield works as described. Easy assembly. One panel was scratched and AMS. Was excellent regarding replacement. New glass arrived the following day and follow up call was made to assure everything was right.

Looks great on my table. Slightly larger than the fire pan insert and sits on the counter. Sturdy and good weight. Will not topple over.

Assembly was easy. It looks good. There were a few scratches in the glass but once it was all assembled you don't notice.
