Was exactly what we were needing for my kid. all the local stores were sold out and arrived on time.

This was the book that my son's 6th grade music instructor told me I needed to buy him for his Viola lessons. This book is MUCH less expensive on Amazon then it is in the music store and it is much more accessibleThis book really helped my son learn the basics of playing the Viola. He had never picked up an instrument prior to playing the Viola and the way this book is laid out it is very clear and easy to understand. It comes with a DVD in the back that really helps as well. I highly reccomend this book to anyone that wants to learn the Viola.

I love this method book series! I like the logical sequencing of material, the illustrations and literature selections. I use it for group and private lessons. Good method for middle school to adult beginners.

Pretty basic book but most schools use it. Reliable information and pretty well written actually.It has its upsides but honestly, I always recommend Suzuki Method for my students.

The book seemed like it was was opened many times and it had rips all over it

This is the standard book needed for my daughter's lessons. It was in great condition; I like the fact that there are questions throughout the lessons that she can answer.

We have this at our school and I LOVE it!!!!!!!! On some kids the cover fell off it because they don't take care of it but this is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Viola/Violin player
