Q: What is the width of the bottom legs (with wheels)? The diagram shows that it's 17.7", but you gave an answer of 21 5/8" to one of the questions?

When the wheels are swiveled out to maximum width, it measures 21.6" wide. The width of the legs is 17.7. The wheels add width due to their offset and positioning.

Q: Can I dismantle this easily? I need something I can put together a few times a year and store when not in use

This one isn’t the greatest. Number 1, it’s unstable and is not easily navigated by 1 person. 2, although you can take it apart and put it back together, it doesn’t store well with all loose parts and the box will hardly be reusable as it takes quite a beating with initial delivery. 3, the footprint is too narrow for stability even in place. The Camabel one is so much better and it’s just a few bucks better, as it folds into itself making it great for storage & multiple uses and no loose parts.

Not tall enough for a long dress if you are over 5’2. It’s 63 inches from the ground up but the bar on the bottom is a few inches off the ground. The Camabel garment rack turns out better for us.

Q: Is this height adjustable?

Hi - no, height is not adjustable. I was concerned when I started putting it together, but when it was set up it seems like the perfect height. I'm 5'8" and my husband is 6' 2" and we both find it to be a good height - and would be a good height for anyone shorter than us. I think they put a lot of thought into the design. BTW, it is nice and sturdy. We had one which was really wobbly - and collapsed. I thought this was a fair price for the quality....wheels roll really well, or can lock in place.
