I got my package a week ahead of time which was great easy to follow instructions I will not lie I was hesitant because I've never used medicines out side of the USA but I've been desperate because I have severe sinus issues. I started the regimen Monday night it stings and there was a lot of sneezing and lots of mucus my eyes gushed and my ears popped finally after weeks of congestion. I would say by far the most amazing nasal spray I've ever tried im about to order two more for back up since it takes a while to get here. Truly I'm forever grateful no more antibiotics and steroids. Still a little congested by I believe after the full course I'll feel more than normal you have a customer for life ♥

Stung like crazy and made me sneeze and hoick up phlegm for 30 minutes. Not sure if I had a bad batch but there is no way I could spray that up my nose again.

Wow! I never write reviews on anything. But I have to give this product credit where it is due. So for about 4 or 5 years now I haven't been able to smell and my taste has been bland. About two years ago I had a MRI done to try and figure out what's going on. The mri revealed I had pansinus disease. This is a disease that effects all of my sinuses. So I sought for help and stumbled across this product. I decided to try it as I've been desperate to gain my smell and taste back. To my surprise, It's been two days since I used this product. I experienced instant results! I am amazed that I've been smelling and tasting better.

Without this product I would still be suffering with my sinus pain after using it my nose run for days can’t even imagine where it all came from but it fixed the issue and I can breath so much better I’m sad I can not buy this from anywhere in my home town only Amazon I’m thankful for postage to oz or I’d be still in unbearable pain

It's been one day since my husband used this product. It's working! I think this product is a wonderful alternative for people like my husband who are suffering from a sinus disease for 40 years, unfortunately an antibiotics and steroids do not work against this infections for him. Will buy it again!

I thought this was a product distributed in the USA. It's not. It comes from the UK, and is distributed from Russia. I do not feel comfortable with a product distributed from Russia so I didn't take it. I do not feel safe squirting some unknown product from Russia up my nose.

I have allergic rhinitis. I had tried saline nasal sprays, nasal decongestants, nothing worked.This product did the trick. Natural and yet very powerful. Highly recommend it.
