These replacement swabs do not fit my smart swab right. They fit in, but they won’t stay in. I have to take a piece of tape and wrap around to make them stay in. They are also longer and feel like they go too deep in my ear, which feels like they could damage my eardrum. The worst thing is that I did not try them until the return window was over, so I can’t even return them now.

When I learned how bad Q-Tips are for the ears, I decided to try the original Smart Swabs Spiral Ear cleaner. I am very happy with my decision. I am also very glad that the Smart Swab Company Finally released this 32 count refill pack, this will help me save a lot of money. I feel safe using this product in my ear because the tips feel soft and comfortable. I was happy to learn that the disposable parts (the tips) are recyclable. These new tips last much longer than the 16 tips pack that come with the kit. If you want to get the best out of this deal, I recommend that you buy the original Smart Swab Kit first (careful not to buy the counterfeit low quality tips that come in plastic bags.) once you are done using the 16 tips that come with the original pack, save the handle and medical case, then all you have to do is buy the refills as needed and you are all set.

This is comfortable and easy to use. It removed a lot of ear wax, but due to its shape, it wasn't able to remove the very deep wax that is against the outside of the ear. It basically made a hole in the wax and left behind a donut of wax. I could hear better, but could tell it just poked a hole in the wax even after several heads were used. The heads attach easily, but were difficult to remove the way suggested by the instructions. I had to get some toilet paper to grab by the tip to remove, but it came off easily when I did that. That should be the way the instructions tell you to remove it.

I was ordering refills for my smart swab that I ordered two years ago and I kept reading that none of the new replacement tips would fit (e.g. they were falling out). As a precaution I re ordered a new application stick along with the 36 pak of replacement tips.Guess what? The new applicator is stick bigger than the old one. Imagine that? So, if you're buying replacements for the first time buy a whole new kit and a set of replacements.Dear Smart Swab. You could have TOLD US that you re designed the applicator tab. A new stick was NOT that expensive and you would have built up a LOT of customer goodwill.PLease trya nd keep us apprised of your upgrades.So I will run out my old kit (6 tips to go) and begin using the new model.

This product is very easy to use and by far surpasses the use of cotton squabs or suction cups to force water into the ear. I would highly recommend this item.

Good value

Someone I know had brought a case with the handle and tips years ago and it worked really well at getting ear wax out. But these tips do not fit the handle she had. They would come off the handle and stay in the ear. It dident work at getting ear wax out at all either.
