pretty standard compared to other straps I have seen, a couple inches, 2.5-3 inches.

Lol oddly enough both my lifting straps and tape measure are in my nightstand right next to me. I just measured they are exactly 21.5 inches end to end. Hope that helps. They are good straps. I've kick the crap out of them and not a single stitch has come loose and there are no signs of wear. I hold up bars with over 300 on them often and they've held up for about ten months now very well. Harbinger is the only brand of straps and gloves I ever use; I've never had a problem.

I dont use mine as they are not long enough, my husband has used his for a few months and they are still going strong
