Pedialyte Electrolyte Powder Packets, Strawberry Lemonade, Hydration Drink, 18 Single-Serving Powder Packets

The color is a little lighter than the pre-made, but it tastes exactly the same. The packets work perfectly in a 12oz bottled water. The mix conveniently dissolves in cold as well as room temperature water. I can't tell the difference between the packets and the original version. It has the perfect amount of sweetness. The sugar content is reasonable for the amount when added to water. It is exactly what you would expect from this brand. It provided good hydration while I was sick and water wasn't enough. It also helped with the nausea I was having, likely caused by dehydration. I would recommend adding this for travel as well as your purse or gym bag to keep on hand. The packaging is very convenient and small enough to keep around all the time.

Apparently “water is boring” in our house. Too boring to drink by itself. Rather than taking up valuable fridge space with jugs of beverages, I keep the Hydration Station on the countertop with an ice-bucket next to it to receive trash. This works excellently in our house to keep everyone hydrated. The flavors are enticing enough that even if someone is just looking for a snack because their mouth is bored, they’ll choose these over potato chips. I wish they made a Hydration Station with sugar-free Pedialyte. I have a diabetic child and they can sometimes forget to bolus after adding a packet to their drink.

I think everyone should keep at least one of these boxes at home! They last longer and take up less space than bottles of liquid Pedialyte. I keep a few packets in my tote bag just in case. Pedialyte is useful in treating dehydration similar to sports drinks but has fewer grams of sugar, calories, and unhealthy additives than a regular sports drink while still providing more electrolytes. If you’re like me and have a reason to use a lot of Pedialyte, this is the most economical way to buy it and most convenient way to store it. The powder dissolves easily when stirred or shaken and tastes great. It’s extremely important to use the exact volume of liquid described in the instructions so I measured out this exact volume in a beaker and then poured it into several reusable bottles and made a permanent mark at that level. This is fairly high quality: I’ve never seen it clump up before opening or leave a sludge at the bottom the way Gatorade powder does. This would be a great thing for anyone to stock up on because it meets such a universal need. Overall, an awesome product!

Ever since I had Covid, water just doesn’t seem to hydrate me like it used to. Sometimes you don’t realize you’re dehydrated until you notice the puffiness around your eyes, or lines in your face that usually aren’t there. Maybe you notice you haven’t used the restroom as often as you usually do—putting you at risk for UTI’s and making your kidneys work harder. Constipation can be painful too! It can cause trouble with all elimination and your body’s ability to flush toxins. Those toxins can build up until they cause visible effects! Bloating, headaches, swollen ankles snd fingers—all symptoms that you need more liquid! But water doesn’t always do the trick! These little packets are a godsend! Keep one handy to dump in a 16 oz bottle of water and you’ll never be dehydrated again. They taste great—ZERO nasty saccharine flavor, none of the artificial sweetener yuckiness, and still only 50 calories. Good value for the price— gatorlyte and other drinks are $3-4 a piece, compared to $1.40 for the original name-brand, that’s easier to carry and store.

I feel like the taste of these are much better than liquid IV. I brought to a wedding that a lot of us were staying at a hotel after knowing a bunch of us including myself would be hungover the day after. One person had liquid IVs and I had strawberry lemonade pedialyte. Not one person could drink the liquid IV stating it tasted like medicine. The pedialyte actually tastes really good and is enjoyable. (I like it most really cold so usually I shake it in a water bottle so it mixes well and pour it over ice). It also works really well. It’s not a hangover cure but it does help with relief. Then a few weeks later me and my partner both got sick and had fevers and drank quite a few of these and they helped us feel better then too. I read online that pedialyte is also better than liquid IV for dehydration and that doctors typically recommend it. It also doesn’t leave any powder at the bottom and mixes well. If it wasn’t so expensive I would probably drink it more then just when I’m not feeling well (reason for 4 stars - expensive) as this flavor is very enjoyable and you can see/feel a clear difference when dehydrated.

Delicious without the carbs. Great for workouts and rehydration. Didn’t get bloated like some of the others cause.

I’m going through cancer treatment and must stay hydrated. I keep these powdered electrolyte packs in my purse and chemo bag. They are handy and they help me stay on top of my fluid intake. I think of how many times I ran out when my kids were little to buy bottle of Pedialyte. This is so much more convenient.
