This was more comfortable for Mom. We still use a softer cushion on top of it

The pad stays in place and seems to be made of a solid, dense material. I would have given it 5 stars if the pad was a bit thicker.

This has a U shaped underside that fills in the hammock shaped seat. It prevents hips from turning inward. A top cushion chair cushion is required over this very firm base.

This solved a major problem of seat sag on a friend's wheelchair. I was surprised how durable and strong this insert is, despite its light weight. We needed it to be tough, as my friend is .... hefty? And yes, it is tough! Very little flex, providing a solid, dependable lift. Also, was delivered earlier than expected. Highly recommend.
