So far the effects that it has on me is that it helps my digestive system and it boosted my energy. In terms of bone strength and helping with my nervous system it is too early to claim it's effectiveness but i remain hopeful because medical professionals do claim that ingredients like turmeric and black pepper is good for blood flow, digestion, bones strength and helps to prevent damaging of the nerves.I chose this product because it's cheap for its quantity. I'm sure there are other products that are equally good, if not better, but I like this because it's cheap yet effective and the quantity is satisfactory.

Good quality , reasonable price compare to others

I used to take a spoon ful and it stained my teeth. Tasted too strong also. In capsule form became easy to take. Product seems of high quality.
